Hi my Charge HR won't sync to my Lenovo P2 Android phone. I have uninstalled the app then reinstalled app, still not syncing!! I have turned off then on the Bluetooth on the phone but Bluetooth does not detect Fitbit tracker!! Have plugged tracker in to charger and reset it until Fitbit symbol appears on screen. Tried to sync it again you guessed it still won't sync was working perfectly fine before. Any ideas? Thanks Peter.

Hello there @Pedro67, I was reviewing you are not able to sync despite trying different solutions. Keep in ind the app is not optimized to work with this phone, since the Lenovo P2 is not in our list of compatible devices. So this issues, might start happen from time to time.
Nonetheless, make sure to keep the latest version of the app. In most syncing issues scenarios, is because the app is outdated. For more details please refer to this post.
Once you have review the app version, continue with this steps: log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
See you later and keep me posted.

Hi there @Pedro67, my apologies for the late response and just to be on the same page, can you tell me how it goes? Is the issue still persisting?
I appreciate you have let me know you have follow all the recommendations to address this issue.
After our last interaction there was a new update release with a new version of the Fitbit app that contain some stability improvements. The new version to the date of this post is under version 2.71.
If the issue continue as a matter of test, are you able to sync with a computer or with a compatible device? If you are in the position to try this, please give it a try to this suggestions: Will syncing work with my phone, tablet, or computer?
Keep me posted how it goes. I'll be checking later in case you need additional help.

Hello @Calliecat, let me start by giving you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community and my apologies for the late response. I'm wondering how it goes? Are you still experiencing issues with your Galaxy S7?
In case the issue persists, try to reset your app in case you haven't tried it yet: log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
Catch you later. Stay tuned if you need additional help.
