Hi. I've been using my FitBit Flex 2 with a Windows phone for months and have always been able to track my runs through the app. I've recently changed to an android phone (Nokia 3) and now when I try to track a run it connects to GPS and tracks the time, but says I haven't moved. The tracker is still picking up my steps and the GPS seems to be working, so I don't know what's wrong? I've updated the app and my phone, but it still doesn't work. I've also restarted my phone before trying to track. Any help please? This feature is one of the main reasons I moved to FitBit!

Hello @Jlynn92, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post and it seems you are experiencing issues to track your runs using the GPS feature. Since in this cae is you phone the one that is providing the GPS feature please try the following workaround:
Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
Hope this get you back on track. See you later if you have more questions.
