It will allow me to upload a profile picture but when I try to upload a photo to a group, it says "fitbit has stopped working'. It just wont allow it. Everything is updated, I've forced stop etc. Anyone having this issue or did and was able to fix?

@Jenn_L_   The issue you are describing is an app issue, not a Charge 4 device issue.  Do you use an iPhone or Android phone.  You post needs to be moved to a better forum, especially if others are having the same problem.

@Jenn_L_  Loading a picture in the Community Feed is an app feature, meaning there is nothing wrong with your Charge 4.  So I will move your post to the Android forum.  I can't help you because I use an iPhone and there are differences between the two types of phones.  An Android user might be able to help you.  Also, sometimes new issues are picked up because users start reporting it.

@Jenn_L_ have you tried force stopping the Fitbit app through the phones settings/apps/Fitbit then under storage clear cache.

Also make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date.

Thanks for moving this @LZeeW
