Can you go back to a previous Firmware?

Yesterday, I got new fw. Since then, Charge 2 does no longer sync on android device. Even deleting device in account an trying to reconnect it to account fails.

Any way to downgrade to former fw? This worked stable!

Hello @BeateR..

Thanks for sharing those details on the matter and the steps that you have tried.

At this moment we do not have an official option to go back to a previous firmware version. As for the syncing issue itself, let's try to restart the connection itself:

  1. Go into your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  2. There, look for all Fitbit devices that might show up as paired.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Run the set up process once again.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I updated Versa2 firmware to version 72.1.23.  Not I can't access today's data on the phone.  Everything else works.  I reset multiple times.  I did a support chat where they had me change the clock face (not the problem) and then got a message that watch as not under warranty and nothing can be done.  Really -- Fitbit's new firmware causes problems for my watch and you take NO responsibility.  GIVE ME A FIX.
