In order to delete notifications fron January and February 2022,
Fitbit customer service told met To : select all and delete all notifications function.
On what phone type does that work?
I do not have that option on my Samsung.
The agent did not have the answer to this question nor did she know how to reach tech support with more knowledge than herself. Says she does not have any contact information for someone who can solve the problem. So can someone hear answer me or help me?

Where are these notifications @BettieR
Are they on your fitbit watch?

On my Android phone app, the notifications have to be selected and then deleted, one-by-one, by long pressing a notification, and then hitting delete at the bottom of the screen. The insanity of this becomes more apparent when you get 10, 20 or 100 old notifications that just re-appear in your app, which all must be deleted one-by-one. The only good news is the newer version of the app is more stable, I think, and doesn't crash after deleting about 10 or so notifications.

This is the messages in the fitbit app. The inbox icon from the main screen, and then the notifications tab. It doesn't happen too often, but just the other day I received 99 notifications about other uses that had cheered or commented on a post which were all months old. This is why I have stopped posting, cheering and commenting in the open forums. It's too many notifications to delete, when:
