This morning, I tried to add my breakfast to the Food Log, and the app kept crashing and going back to my Food menu. After a few tries, I got a pop up that said "Fitbit App keeps stopping."
I added the calories using Quick Calories Add, and they are in the in my list for today, but the calories are not being calculated in any way. The app says I have not consumed anything today.
I have closed the app, restarted my phone, and updated the app. Updating did not help the situation. I tried adding food both on wifi and data, and it still crashes after selecting an item in the Log Food menu.

I appreciate the details mentioned. I'd like you to confirm that your phone has a compatible operating system with the Fitbit app, it should be Android OS 7.0 or higher.
Rest assure that the calories logged using Quick Calories Add should count in your daily calories intake, please double check if the calories are showing on your online Dashboard.
If you keep getting this message let me know the phone model that you have.
Let me know how it goes. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
