Hey!
I got a new phone (Huawei p30 pro) and now the notifications don't work. They did work almost fine with my old phone. The watch will sync and even the test call works but the notifications will not work. And I have checked all the settings and allowed everything to work. Starting to think of finding another brand as fitbit always has notification problems!

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Since you've checked that all the settings are properly set on your Fitbit app please force quit the app, reset Bluetooth, restart your Versa Lite, refresh notifications and set them again. Check this article for instructions.
