I just got a versa last night. I am trying to do the update and it keeps failing; the furtherest I got is 56% complete and its now stuck there.
- I am connected to wifi and have tried three different networks now (home, hotspot from my husband's phone and now from work)
- blutooth is on
- versa is plugged in and charging
- my phone and versa have been sitting side-by-side
- my fitbit app is updated with the latest version
I have tried both over the blutooth and wifi options and it continues to fail.
HELP!
