Cannot Set-up Versa with Android Phone

I just got a versa last night. I am trying to do the update and it keeps failing; the furtherest I got is 56% complete and its now stuck there. 

  • I am connected to wifi and have tried three different networks now (home, hotspot from my husband's phone and now from work)
  • blutooth is on 
  • versa is plugged in and charging
  • my phone and versa have been sitting side-by-side
  • my fitbit app is updated with the latest version

I have tried both over the blutooth and wifi options and it continues to fail. 

 

HELP!
