My android app signed me out and after giving my password, it just keeps "loading"... Please HELP. I have an Inspire 2, if that makes any difference.
Why on EARTH have you taken away our desktop dashboard???? That is just plain evil and/or sadistic of you.

I'm sorry that you're having this experience, and thanks for keeping me posted. Given this situation, let's try these other steps to get the Fitbit app working again:
- On your phone settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
- Go back to one screen and tap Force Stop.
- Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and try logging back into your account.

I tried your directions above; it didn't work.
I changed my password via the dashboard, but the app doesn't work/open/or recognize the password at all.

@CarolPNW Thanks for the heads up! I'm glad this got sorted out after updating the Fitbit app and I'm sure your advice will help many more members.
@J80N If you haven't done so, please try updating the Fitbit app and reboot your phone one more time to see if it starts working afterwards.
