My android app signed me out and after giving my password, it just keeps "loading"... Please HELP. I have an Inspire 2, if that makes any difference.
Why on EARTH have you taken away our desktop dashboard???? That is just plain evil and/or sadistic of you.

I tried your directions above; it didn't work.
I changed my password via the dashboard, but the app doesn't work/open/or recognize the password at all.

@CarolPNW Thanks for the heads up! I'm glad this got sorted out after updating the Fitbit app and I'm sure your advice will help many more members.
@J80N If you haven't done so, please try updating the Fitbit app and reboot your phone one more time to see if it starts working afterwards.
