Cannot add Mobiletrack to Android Galaxy S6

My mobile track in my fitbit app was not working, so I unparied and removed it from my device list. Since then I cannot add the mobile track to my Galaxy S6 fitbit profile. I have tried contacting fitbit via twitter, live chat, email and have recived no assiatnce to resolve. I have since uninstalled/reinstalled fitbot app and restarted my phone a few times to no avail.

Any help is appreciated.

Can you confirm that Mobiletrack will become available on the S6? It is one of the most popular handsets on the market so surprised to find that it's not available. I've just got a Charge HR and the step count is wildly out (based on dominant arm movement). Says I've done a few km in the morning and I've not left the house. Was hoping a could set the phones step count as preference.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to our Community! You are right the Galaxy S6 is a really popular phone but I can't confirm when/if MobileTrack will become available for it. It is up to our Developers make this feature work with your phone.

What are some examples of phones that are compatible with MobileTrack?  I tried searching a number of devices, just to see if I could find any with MobileTrack so I could see what it looks like when a device is compatible, but couldn't find any where MobileTrack showed up as a compatible feature.

@Kathryn8181 Welcome to our Community! Currently on Android the Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X have this option and most iOS devices are compatible too.
