@FireJ19 YouTube Music is a connect and control app. You control the music playing from your phone. I haven'r used a Versa 2 in a long time, but it has its own generic music control feature for any app on your phone. Please see this Help article with the Versa/Versa 2 section expanded for you.
The Versa 2 is a very versatile model. I say keep using it as long as you can. Fitbit is still selling the Versa 4, but it is less versatile than your Versa 2.

Hello @FireJ19 and welcome to the Community. I apologize if I misread what you wrote. What model Fitbit do you use? It depends on the model and who owned Fitbit at the time. I wear a Sense 2 and I have YouTube Music. My husband has a Sense and he has Spotify.
All specific music control (YouTube, Spotify, and previously Pandora/Deezer) has required a premium subscription to that service.

Thank you @LZeeW for the reply, so I have youtube premium for the last like 3 years, and thought when they were partening with google, they would switch it to youtube music, because google owns it. I have a fitbit versa 2, so a little older of a version, so im wondering if they did for the new ones and not switch it for the old version.
