Cannot connect to the servers error with Healthy habits program

I started the intro to Healthy habits program this week. I'm getting notifications from the program, but when I try to click on Intro to Healthy habits in the app, it gives me a message saying that it cannot connect to the servers.
I'm not having any other connectivity or sync problems.
I have tried several times over the past few days, but the same thing keeps happening. Do you know if this is a server side problem or if something else is going on? I get the error on both wifi and data
I'm running version 3.5 on a Pixel 3

Today was day 7 of the program.  After logging all three stats (food, exercise, sleep), I was able to see the program completion screens.

Since I didn't get the full program experience, I began the program again.

This time it seems to be working properly.

I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Also, you receive the error only with this specific guided program or with others as well? In the meantime I receive your reply, please check this post for instructions of how to attach an image into your post and then send me a screenshot of the error message you receive.

The first time I had the problem was after beginning the program on Sep 10.  It has happened several times day since then.

I don't have any problems accessing the Get more Zzzs program page.

I have reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, etc.
