Cannot fimd device

My app on my phone wasnt syncing so i uninstalled it and reinstalled. Now it wont find my charge. What do i do?

Hello @Tonyama524, good to see you around in our Fitbit Community. If you are not able to add your tracker back on your account using the Fitbit app, lets try the following:

 

1. Turn your tracker off and back on using the following these steps:

  • Plug your charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  • Insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge or Fitbit Charge HR. Your tracker will begin charging.
  • Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V30").
  • Let go of the button.

2. Try the setup process again, using the following post for additional instructions.

3. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your mobile device (turn it off and then back on).

4. Try setting up your tracker again.
