@Bucs1040 Welcome to our Community! Currently the Galaxy S7 is not a compatible device so this is the reason your tracker is not pairing/syncing with your phone. You can check the list to see when/if your phone is added to it.

@Bucs1040 That's great to hear. Samsung devices are really friendly with our trackers but if they aren't listed we can't promise they will work. Still thank you for posting what you did to correct this as this may help other members in the same situation.
