Hi, @der1234val, welcome to the community, if we are going to assist you we will need more information. Which Fitbit device do you have, what can you see on the screen? how long have you had your device? Is your device synced and showing it is charged?

Hi, @Angela48 How long have you had your Versa 2? Is your device synced and showing it is charged? The wrong time on your watch is usually the result of a failure to sync with the Fitbit app on your phone.
