Today, I suddenly couldn't log in to the app.
When I launch the app, I'm prompted to enter my email address and password.
After I enter my email address and password, a message appears asking me to confirm that the information is correct.
I also tried logging in with my Google account, but it wasn't linked, so I still couldn't log in.
However, I can log in to the community site, MyProfile, etc. from my PC using the same email address and password.

I've tried clearing the app's cache and storage, and uninstalling and reinstalling it, but nothing worked.
I can log into the Fitbit website from my PC, so I logged out all logged-in devices from MySetting, but this didn't work either.

Hi, @nogisawa, welcome to the community, You must log in with your Fitbit account, How to move a Fitbit Account to a Google Account - Fitbit Help Center explains. If you have more than one Google account, ensure you use the same account to log in.
You do not mention which device you are using, if you have a Pixel Watch you must have the watch connected to the Google Pixel Watch app.
If you are using a Fitbit device and are still stuck try the delete/reinstall process again on the Fitbit app. The belt & braces process is as follows. Sync your Fitbit app on the phone (if you can), Go to your phone settings>Apps>Fitbit>force stop>clear cache & storage>uninstall. Go to connected devices & forget your Fitbit device. RESTART YOUR PHONE. Go to the Play store & reload the Fitbit app & log in again.
Let us know how you get on by posting here again.
Cheers

I'm using Vesa3. I don't think this is a device-dependent issue, because I can't even log into the app before it links to the device.
I have already tried clearing the cache and storage, but that didn't work, so I also tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but that didn't help either.
I also had an unused iPhone 8, so I tried installing the Fitbit app on it, but I was unable to log in just the same.
