Cannot manually log activities

I cannot log activities manually after the exersise (if I should miss one).

In the tab to log previous activities I cannot find any activites by search and all I try get denied.

My app is in Swedish but I have tried the names of the activities in both swedish and english.

The app is running om Android.

In this case, please log out from the Fitbit app, force quit it, clear cache and try again. If you experience this again, let me know the phone model and OS installed.

Hi again.

Logging out, force stop and clean cache has no effect I am sorry to say.

I am running the Fitbit app on a Oneplus 5 with Android 10 installed (Google update 301502000)  And Oxygen OS 10.0.1 (UI)

Any ideas?

@Joaper Thanks for letting me know the phone's details. This issue has been escalated to our team so they can further investigate and bring a solution. At the moment, I don't have a timeframe but I noticed other users were able to log activities by changing their location to UK, log out, back in and you'll be able to search any activity type.

US user, Google Pixel 4a, and I have same problem. Nothing comes up in search so I can't log anything.

@Kjftec Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

Please try the following troubleshooting: 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 
- Force quit it > Clear cache 
- Restart your phone 
- Log back in
