Got a new Android phone today, downloaded the fitbit app and keep getting invalid email or password. I reset
I clicked on forgot password and reset password and it still won't work.
tried to make a new account and it says there is already an account with that email. I can sign into the web site with no problem.

Best AnswerUPDATE: After resetting the password using my phone 3 times, each time then logging into the dashboard through the browser using that password but having the app say that password was wrong, it finally let me in on the 4th try.

For some reason, this worked for me too. Was try to get the Flex 2 to connect to my mum's phone and the app kept saying I had an invalid email or password.
Finally worked, after a couple of password resets.

Doesn't work for me...this is not a solution!
They need to higher a programmer and fix this.
Best AnswerSame here, doesn't work for me. The Android app keeps telling me I am using invalid email / password after I reset my password already. I can successfully log into fitbit.com from a computer and the phone however.
This is _really_ frustrating.
