Cannot sync Fitbit to phone

I had a update on my Huawei phone a week ago and since then my fit it inspire 2 will nit sync. It says the location is off but it's not and I have tried all the usual tricks but nothing is happening to sync. Please help

Mine won't sync either. Just downloaded the app last night. No explanation for the failure.

I have the same problem. Tech support was clueless and couldn't give a **ahem**. Now I'm left with a Fitbit that works but can't sync, has the wrong time, and yet can be used for payments. And I can't even get a refund for my Premium subscription.
