Cannot sync anymore after new updates (Moto G4 Plus)

I am a proud owner of the Flex 2. It worked fine with my Apple Iphone 5C. When I switched to Android with my new Motorola G4 plus it worked fine as well. Around march my Flex 2 stopped syncing with my phone.
I am very dissapointed that my phone Motorola G4 plus is not on the compatible phone list, while it worked fine a couple of months ago. I have paid for this tracker and I assume it works... Very sad. I use my fitbit a lot when I exercise, and in my daily life to track my steps.

Please make it work again.

Hi @KayleighvanGent, thank you for your feedback and welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! With new updates of the app, it may cause some stability issues in relation to your phone since the app is not optimized to work with this specific model.

 

You have mentioned that the app was working fine with your Moto G4 Plus. So, it wouldn't hurt to try the following recommendations: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this)
