I just received my Versa Lite today and my app is not syncing with my device. My steps and some notifications are showing on the versa, but it's not syncing to my app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I have looked on the trouble shooting tips, and everything is looking fine. Is there someone that can give me a clear cut answer so I can have this device working as it is meant to??

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
