What is the device name for the fitbit inspire

There are about a dozen devices listed on my Moto phone to sync to; which is the fitbit device?  All are numerical expect Charge2 and Isa.... any ideas???  The Fitbit is fully charged so i'm pretty sure it should be showing up?  It doesn't turn on, does that make a difference?

Hi @DannaS, welcome to the Community Forums!

I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that if you have a Fitbit Inspire, the same name will be shown in your Bluetooth settings. However, if since your device use Bluetooth technology, if the device doesn't turn on, the Bluetooth function will not work and therefore, the device will not appear in the Bluetooth devices nearby your mobile device. 

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
