When I click on the Wallet icon in the dashboard of the Fitbit app the screen stays on the "Connecting" screen and doesn't do anything else.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using to check the Fitbit app? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
- Let me know if the issue persist.
