Cannot sync my Fitbit Inspire 2

Hi. I have tried everything in order to get my inspire 2 to sync and since the recent update, i can't anymore. Could someone please tell me what else I can do???? I have tried turning on and off my Bluetooth, uninstalling the app and, restarting my Fitbit. I don't know when the next update is going to happen but, I would like to be able to use my app. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Thanks for reaching out about syncing your Inspire 2 and the initiative to solve this on your own. Which smartphone do you have? I assume you may have come across this article as well: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. Recently a new Fitbit app was launched, make sure the Fitbit app is now up to date.
