Hello!

I'm having trouble setting up mobile track in the app.

The instructions say 'go to account and set up mobile track'.
On youtube i see that other people have a button there, easy.

On my screen, no button, when i go to devices i can only set up watches.

anyone know the fix?

Thanks

I have an Android OS 6, LGL22C, which is a supported device.  I had Mobile Track for like a second, then it disappeared.  My Flex is running low on battery, is there a way I can set up my Mobile Track?  I tried the instructions on the website and don't see it as an option.

I also found that but it's not correct as I stated the Web site says my fone is compatible and that's why I created the post.

@Cartz I see you are posting from the same phone that I have, an S5.

So I went and checked again, fitbit.com/devices, it does list mobile run as being compatable.. Mobile track is not mentioned and therefore not compatable.

Mobile Run is when the phone can be used to track a walk or run with gps, with or without the tracker.

mobile tracker is for you everyday steps to be counted when the actual fit it tracker is not with you.

Fitbit recently made changes to the software and it now depends more on hardware than software.

My experience in the past with mobile track has not been pleasing, in that the phone have me 3 million steps in 2 hours.

Oh I see. Okay it'll have to wait a couple of months until I upgrade. Although it has no information on the s7 or s7 edge.

How are you doin' @Cartz? As @Rich_Laue mentioned, if the Mobile track is not on the features available with your S5, then it is not compatible and also, I'm afraid that the S7 and the S7 Edge are not compatible yet. You can try to set it up your tracker and it might sync with any of those two new Samsungs, but regarding the mobile track, I can't guarantee that it is already compatible.

If you have more questions, I'll be around!

Is there any info available that tells us when the S7 and Note 7 will be added to the list of compatible devices?

As stated before no there is no date set, but many on this board with S7"a find that every function works, this includes my 3 neighbors of mine with the S7 and fitbit Blaze. In fact it took less than 10 minutes to set it up and update through the one person's phone.

PersonAlly if your having problems with the S7 i would do the standard troubleshooting.
