I've tried everything!
- uninstalled and reinstalled
- uninstalled, restarted phone and reinstalled
- checked to be sure that my android ios and the app is all updated
- checked setting to confirm the camera permission was on
It's been a month with me trying all of the above again and again with no success. The community isn't as fun without posting photos of workouts and foods and fun.
Help?

@csherwin Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear about the Fitbit app crashing when using the camera mode. It seems that you have tried most of the recommended troubleshoots. Which phone do you have? Which OS version is it running? Do you have the Fitbit app up to date? Besides the camera permission does the app has all other permissions it requires?
I look forward to your reply!
