My device wouldn't sync, so I removed it, but now I can't reconnect it. I've tried all of the troubleshooting tips I can find online, the numbers will pop up but when I type them in, it doesn't work. Obviously something is connecting, or it wouldn't send the 4 digit code, but then it quits. Frustrating to no end. I don't have a dongle so I've been unable to connect using the desktop. What gives?

After verifying the above, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties.
