@pbrash Hmmm....try unpairing your tracker from your account, which can be done by clicking on the tracker tile at the top of the Android Dashboard > Click on your tracker > Click on the garbage can in the top right corner.
Once you've unpaired the tracker, pair it again by following the set up instructions here. That should get you back on track.
