A warm welcome to our new friend @SunsetRunner! Thanks for stopping by!
I noticed @Odyssey13 provided you with some great help. I'd like to add that since you were in a different timezone than the challenge owner, you may notice that your challenge leaderboard stats do not always match your dashboard stats. This is why my best advise would be to be in the same timezone to avoid any discrepancies.
Have a great day! ![]()

Hello and welcome to the forums @SunsetRunner
The Challenges begin and end in the time zone of the one who starts it. So when your midnight came, it was still an hour earlier for the challenge originator.
On the challenges, go by the actual challenge display and not the usual dashboard for your tracker.
I have one challenge that is several hours different. It's easier for me to just look at the challenge and not my own dashboard.
Hope this makes sense.
Keep on stepping!

More than 6-thousand steps were not counted at the end of the challenge. Although it was past midnight in my location, the challenge said there was an hour left in the challenge so I continued running. The person who started the challenge was one hour behind me. I could see here adding steps down to the last minute and I thought I was ahead. However, my steps past midnight were not counted when I synced. This is heartbreaking because the difference between 1 and 2 place is around 1300 steps. Why did it say I had more time if I did not? Doesn't the challenge start and end in the time zone of the person who started the challenge?
