My transition from iPhone to Google pixel Pro8 with series 2 watch has been extremely difficult. Annoyingly I can't find a way of changing the measurement to UK Imperial miles from km. Now I seem to be getting a message that an error has occured. Should I delete and reinstall?

Hi, thanks for your support. I tried again and again, but through persistence and great patience I found the way to convert to miles. As I had accepted the trial offer, at the bottom of a list I noticed Fitbit Premium. As I had logged out I signed in and the Fitbit Premium gave me the option of entering the UK and changing all settings. It was a maze that I wouldn't call logical, but thankfully after 3 days of puzzling, it worked. I do think the Keywords and indexing of questions need adapting.

Hi, @Weymouthlad101 welcome to the community, You can adjust this in the Fitbit app settings. In the "Today" screen of the Fitbit app on your phone touch the icon in the top right corner>Fitbit settings>app settings>units>length. You can adjust other settings here as well. Once you have it as desired return to the "Today" screen & sync by sliding your finger down the screen & releasing - you will see the sync progress bar in the top extending.
I hope this helps but if you are still stuck please post here again.
Cheers

Hi, sadly I’ve followed this advice with previous answers, all I get when I tap on app settings, is the error message, “ An Unexpected error has occurred”!
I guess all I can do is delete the App and re-install. Are you able to give me further guidance on this procedure?
Thanks.

Hi, @Weymouthlad101, rather than uninstall & re-install first try going into the settings on your phone>apps>Fitbit>Force stop, ensure all the permissions are allowed, clear Cache, Mobile data & WiFi - enable background data & unrestricted data usage, Battery usage set to unrestricted. Restart your phone. Open the Fitbit app and try again.
If you are still stuck sync your Fitbit app and then forget the SW2 in other/connected devices. Delete the Fitbit app and restart your phone. Re-install the Fitbit app and follow this Video
Let us know how you get on.
Cheers
