Changing food input in the Android app

I am having a problem changing the food amounts on already logged food within the app. So for example if I have a piece of toast, and then have another piece of toast and go to change my 1 piece of bread to 2 pieces, it takes several attempts to make the change. What happens is that it keeps refreshing my previous log. So I will replace the 1 with a 2, and then the 1 automatically replaces the 2. In order to update, it takes far more effort than is reasonable. I had this problem before and it was fixed in some version of the app, and recently it reappeared!

Hello @succubus, good to see you here and thank you for bring this issue to my attention. I tried to replicate the issue as you were describing in your post but I was unable to obtain the same result.

My recommendation is to reset the app and make sure you are running the latest version for Android which is 2.56.

- Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list.

- Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to Force stop the app.

- Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized again, go back to your app and try again.

Hope this helps. See you until the next time.
