Hi only had charge 2 for 2 weeks, did the same walk as last week, started fitbit same way as last week half the map, distance and steps missing, on the dash board, how can this be

Hello @robbo46, nice to see you in this occasion in the Fitbit Community! My recommendation if you noticed the data is not the same for the same exercise, is to review your maps. Make sure your map course is the same, usually this type of issues is because the GPS connection was interrupted. If the connection is interrupted, is possible some of the information was coming just from your tracker and not complemented with the GPS information, causing the variations you have noticed.
Environmental factors including tall buildings, dense forest, steep hills, and even thick cloud cover can interfere with your phone's ability to connect to GPS satellites. A few recommendations to improve connection are:
