Hi there @Mattias_Svahn, nice to have you here as a new member of the Fitbit Community! In this case I have two theories.

It is possible the syncing issues you are experiencing might be related to the phone is not listed as compatible. With these devices we cannot guarantee the behavior of the tracker be as is expected, since the app is not optimized to run under the specification of the phone in question.

It would not hurt to try the following steps as a matter of review, since I saw you already tried a few suggestions to address this issue: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

The other reason, might be related to an existing bond with your other phone. This bond might prevents the Fitbit tracker from syncing with another phone, tablet, or computer. This part I want to clarify is optional since you mentioned your tracker is syncing fine with your Honor 9. However  you can quickly and temporarily disable the bond, turn off Bluetooth on your phone or tablet. You can turn it back on later to resume syncing.

Or you can do the following to make this permanent:

  1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth on your old phone to see a list of associated Bluetooth devices. This list might contain only your Fitbit device or also include devices like wireless speakers, headsets, etc.
  2. Tap the name of your Fitbit device and choose "Forget This Device" or "Disconnect" (exact language will differ depending on your operating system).

Hope this information helps. See you later!
