We got a Charge 2 in November 2017 and sync it up to my Samsung Galaxy J5 no problem. It worked with this for 14 months. I recently got a new Samsung Galaxy J6+ and now i cant connect my phone up. I get to the part where they send it the 4 digit code that I enter in the phone and then it says Connecting, and it never does!!!!

I've got the exact problem too, except for the age of The fitbit, mine is not even a month old! I got it for Christmas, what is going on? Fitbit help did not answer that question...
