I just got my Charge 2 and followed all directions to set it up. However my calls and text messages are not coming through. I have a Samnsung Note 5 can someone please guide me? TIA

Hi there @hshelton, thank you for joining us here in the Fitbit Community. If your call and text notification are not coming through make sure your Notification are On in your Charge 2. You can toggle this option directly from your tracker option by pressing the side button to navigate through your tracker's menu.
If this is not the problem, take a look at this post for additional help: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
