Charge 2 Time Incorrect and won't Sync

After leaving my charge 2 in sun the time stopped. When it worked again it's now over 2 hours slow. I've drained battery, recharged and unpaired to no avail. And it doesn't syn . What can I do? I have an Android phone.

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They will help so that the Fitbit can be paired.

 

In the meantime, I'd like to ask what phone is it that you are using? Also, are you getting some sort of error message?
