Got my Charge 2 for Christmas and just worked out that it isn't compatible with my Huawei P9 Lite. So, alas, it's going back. Looks like there are a fair few people citing similar problems.

 

Shame... 😞

 I am having an awful lot of trouble to pair my Charge 2 with my Huawei P9, so your hypothesis seems right. Bummer, though.

Hi, i have a Huawei 9 and bought myself a Alta HR yesterday and I was under the impression that I'd have to sync it with my tablet, but no it worked. No problems at all 😀

Looks like the Charge 2 must be different from the Alta HR as the Charge 2 doesn't pair. Interesting to know that you didn't have any problems. It could also be a P9 vs P9 Lite problem?

I came to this forum for this exact reason. Turns out people have been complaining about this since 2016 already! And to add insult to injury, those topics have been marked as 'Solved' while the issue has persisted for nearly 1,5 years now. Fitbit, when can we expect an actual solution?!
