So I have read thru everything in forums. My phone is paired to my fb charge 2, but still not receiving text messages or call notifications. I am sure I am missing a step or something. Help?

Hola @Pura-Vida75! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Have you reviewed if the option to enable the notifications is On? I know you are aware of this but just to cover all from scratch take a look at this post.
Also as a matter of review since you have read everything in our forums, I'm not sure if you have tried the following steps too? In case you haven't, please take a look at this post: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).

Fitbit charge 2 wont work on my galaxy S8 with messgaes and calls to the fitbit.
