Charge 3 won't pair

I had to reset the charge 3 due to constant syncing issues. I tried to set up the charge 3 again but now it won't pair! Sometimes I get the pairing boxes on my phone but the pairing number doesn't show on my charge 3. I have done everything directed to do by fitbit supports. Is there anybody out there that can help me. If not trashing this thing and will never buy another fitbit. This is sooo frustrating.

Me too!!! It used to work. I miss my fitbit. i have had nothing but problems with my charge 3. csnt get it to sync
