Charge 2 cracked screen.

I've noticed that screen on my Charge 2 has cracked.  I have not dropped it, banged it, or otherwise been hard on it.

I've had it for 5 months.

 

Is there a fix, replacement, or do I just have to buy a new one?

Mine cracked too. I did bang it into a wall before but long before the crack appeared. The night before I noticed it had cracked I charged it all night, as I forgot about it. I think the charging got it too hot maybe and cracked it. It did crack on it's own that's for sure. I have not looked into getting it fixed so I cant help there.

I called support.  They asked for pictures and are considering replacement.  They have a one year warrantee.   We'll see what happens.

I'm having the same issues. Worse, they told me my device had been somehow linked to another account and said it's out of warranty even though its 8 months old. Good luck!
