Hi @kushagra999. Welcome to the Community.
I'm sorry that your Charge 2 isn't syncing and let me share that currently your OnePlus 6T phone isn't a compatible device, meaning that the Fitbit app hasn't been optimized to work with this model. Our team continues working hard to add more models to our official list, and I'd recommend to visit our Feature Suggestions board and vote for this similar request. The more votes an idea receives, the better chance it has of getting the attention of the developers.
While we cannot ensure it's functionality, we can work on this together. Please make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version and the location services enabled. Then, try the following:
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Why do you keep on with this ridiculous make a feature suggestion so the developers might pay some attention to the customers.
I would have thought that it was blindingly obvious that people want it to work on all phones. A suggestion that I made to that effect was removed so what is the point.
Also other features requested, like the ability to stop steps being counted whilst driving etc. have been running for years to no avail.
Every one having to vote for each individual model of phone is a farce.
Also, being pedantic, how does a request for compatibility equate to being a 'feature' after all you don't actually enter that in the app to tailor it in any way.

Hi @Lilbiddy. Welcome back and I'm sorry for the delay.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I understand your point of view about the suggestion from my post and let me help you with each of your inquiries. In regards to the Fitbit app's compatibility, as with any other app, Fitbit designed the Fitbit app and optimized it so it can work on phones and tablets based on the requirements of each model and OS, and future Fitbit app versions also adapt to any change implemented in the OS. If your phone isn't part of the official list, while it may work we cannot guarantee a full performance.
The suggestion to post that idea in the Feature Suggestions board is because that board isn't only for features, but anything that you wish to see in the future on our products or services. Our team reviews each feature and depending on several factors they're released. If you'd like to know more about this, please visit our FAQs. I found the idea previously posted by you and it's still in the board, however if one of your posts or suggestions was moved, a moderator should have explained the reason for that action. You can try checking your previous posts and reply back if you have any questions about that process.
See you around.

My suggestion "working android app for android phones" was moved from suggestions to the android app forum.
So it was something I wanted to see and thought others might vote for.
But as it was swiftly kicked sideways to the android app forum no one had the opportunity to do so. The new incarnation of the app now seems far less functional for many people than the version that I first used in 2016 and new users continue to feel aggrieved when they find out that their new device won't work with their phone or their new phone won't work with their device.

Hi @Lilbiddy. Thanks for getting back and I'm sorry for the delay.
Thank you also for sharing the thread that was moved and please know that a post or feature will be moved to keep our forums organized. I understand your thoughts about the new dashboard and the compatibility of the Fitbit app with other phones.
The same that happens with other apps, there are some requirements that must be met to ensure that the Fitbit app will work flawlessly. While the Fitbit app is available for Android phones, it'll depend on the model of your phone to see how the app will behave and this is why our team evaluates every model and adds them to the official list after completing this process. I'd recommend to post your suggestion for your phone's model so our team can track the demand on it and keep you updated.
Hope to see you around.
