@LivHege Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is very strange! Usually when a phone model is not under the list of supported devices; it won't work. However, you had it working before so I recommend trying these syncing tips found on this syncing master post my friend @HelenaFitbit. After that, it should work. If not, it is possible that the phone model is no longer supported. Try those steps! ![]()

This is what I had to do.
1. Backup everything on my phone (Samsung Galaxy III)
2. Rest the the operating system (OS) to factory default
3. Download Samsung Kies from the Samsung website (I think your phone would require Kies3, read the instructions)
4. Install Kies on my PC
5. Use Kies to force my phone to update the OS to the newest version
6. Install fitbit app from google-play
7. Connect
The issue is if the OS is old, google-play downloads the a compatible fitbit app version. That version may not be new enought to connect to the Charge 2.
