Charge 2 inconsistent sync

Having received the charge 2 as achristmas gift I have been communicating with Fitbit since Boxing Day to inform them that my charge will not sync regularly. Has anyone else experienced this and if you have please can you let me know how you got a resolution.

have you resolved your issue - my charge 2 sync'd ok for the first two weeks and then stopped. It will connect with my phone but will not sync the data so only the summary will show on the phone and the minute the connection stops or midnight strikes todays data will disappear
