Charge 2 loses sync with galaxy A5

I reported this over a week ago but nothing seems to have been done. Every 2-3 days may Charge 2 loses sync with my phone. The only way to re-sync it is to unpair and pair it again.  This becoming a pain. Why is This happening? This started after the last android update. Uninstalling and re-installing the app doesn't work so please don't suggest it.

try to shutdown watch.

I dont think you can turn off a Charge 2. Now it won't sync at all. I'm beginning to think it's a problem with the app not the fitbit itself. It's ever since there was an update a couple of weeks.

yes sir i had the same problem before, when i switcheds off my watch ist start sync again , now i do it weekly
