Charge 2 not getting notifications on new phone

Fitbit charge 2 until I got a new phone my fitbit was perfect.

I can't seem to connect to my phone, no alerts or notifacations are coming through. I work in health care private sector I really need my phone's ringer turned off. I've relyed on my fitbit to alert me. Why can't I connect?

Let me help you with your missing notifications. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
