Charge 2 not linking to app

For some reason my charge 2 is not syncing with my app - a notification keeps popping up sayisa Bluetooth needs turning off and on again. Despite  doing this it still won't sync.  I've tried deleting and repairing my charge 2, as well as deleting and reinstalling the app,neither of which have worked.  Any suggestions?

Thanks for sharing the steps that you have tried to get your Charge 2 to connect.

 

In this case I'd like to ask you what phone is it that you are using to try and sync your Fitbit.

 

Meanwhile, please try to follow the steps listed in this help article. While you have already tried some of the steps listed in there, please try going through all of them in the order that they show up.
