I have a samsung s7. Website shows compatability with this device. I got to add mobile track and its not listed?

I will gladly assist you with this. Where did you see that the MobileTrack feature is compatible with your phone? Could you share a screenshot? Still try logging out from the app,restart your phone and log back in. After this please see if you can setup MobileTrack.
