Charge 3 won't sync with Note 9

My charge 3 stopped syncing with the App two weeks ago. Really frustrating. I have uninstalled severally and it still doesn't work.

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing that you have tried uninstalling the app multiple times.

 

My suggestion in this case would be that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely help in getting it all to sync with the Note 9. Be sure to follow all of the steps in the order that they show up in there.
