My charge 2 does not receive texts or calls anymore. Just comes up as having 1 new message. Tried reboot of Charge 2 and Droid Turbo 2. Also, tried solutions in previous post. Still not receiving. It was working until a week ago.

Hi all,
Thank you for your help. I figured it out. I cleared the cache and cleared the data for the messenger app. and then rebooted Motorola Droid 2. Seems to be working fine now.
Thanks again.

Make sure you haven't accidentally turned on 'Do Not Disturb' by holding in side button too long. It toggles on and off.

Hello @Mee65, good to see you again in the Fitbit Community! @JohnnyRow is right, "Do not disturb" it might be one of the reasons you are experiencing issues with Text / Call Notifications.
For more help and other suggestion on how to resolved these type of issues, please follow the directions of this post: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
Hope this helps. See you until the next time.

Thank you for your replies. I have notifications turned on on the charge 2. I found out that I can receive notifications from Facebook messenger when i choose FB. With Android text messenger the only thing that appears on the charge 2 is "Message+". Even with a short test message. This was working fine until sometime last week. Do you on some Android setting that I may have changed?
Thank you again.

where is the messenger app where you clear the cache. Not sure where that is. I used to get phone calls and texts come through on my fit bit. But now they don't any more. Trying to figure out how to get it to work again. Can you explain how to do what you did. Thank you

Hi there @RailFanPeg, to clear the cache of your phone you need to access to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app.
It may vary depending of the phone brand but technically the process is like the one described before.
Hope this helps. See you later!
